SESAR Deployment Manager and ACI EUROPE highlight airports’ role in ATM modernisation

The SESAR Deployment Manager and ACI EUROPE have collaborated on a new leaflet highlighting the role of airports in the deployment and modernisation of Europe’s air traffic management system. The publication showcases progress achieved through SESAR deployment and the contribution of airports to a more efficient, resilient and sustainable European aviation network.

The leaflet highlights completed and ongoing airport-related deployment projects, as well as the investment made by airports in new ATM capabilities. It also presents examples of the benefits achieved through completed projects, including passenger time savings, fuel savings and reductions in CO₂ emissions.

The collaboration reflects the continued work of the SESAR Deployment Manager and ACI EUROPE to support airports in implementing SESAR solutions and contributing to the wider transformation of European ATM.
