Destination COP26
European airports will have a significant voice at the upcoming 26th UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in Glasgow. On November 10th, ACI EUROPE and ACI World will host a session in the Climate Action Hub, showcasing the sustainable airport of the future, touring airport projects from around the globe, and hearing from Glasgow airport on what sustainable aviation looks like in practice today and tomorrow.
This is followed on November 12th by Destination 2050, the European flagship aviation sustainability initiative of which ACI EUROPE is a partner, taking to the floor in the EU Pavilion as part of the session “Decarbonising aviation: Views from civil society and industry”.
