Groupe ADP invests $20 million in Sustainable Aviation Fuel provider LanzaJet
Groupe ADP, the operator of major airports such as Paris-Charles de Gaulle, has invested $20 million in the US-based Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) provider LanzaJet. This investment aims to support LanzaJet’s worldwide implementation of its “Alcohol-to-Jet” technology, which produces SAF and renewable diesel from waste-based ethanol.
This initiative demonstrates Groupe ADP’s commitment to sustainability and its significant role in developing low-carbon aviation solutions. It is a strategic step towards transforming airports into energy hubs and increasing the availability of new fuels worldwide.
As part of its ‘2025 Pioneers’ roadmap, Groupe ADP is transforming its airports into energy hubs capable of supplying electricity, Sustainable Aviation Fuels, and low-carbon hydrogen.
