European airports excel at 2025 Airport Service Quality Awards
29 European airports have been awarded an ACI World Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Award, with a European winner in every category – from Most Dedicated Staff to Best Airport at Departure.
The ASQ Customer Experience Awards are the world’s most credible recognition of airport excellence in customer experience. Delivered annually by ACI World and sponsored by SITA, the awards are shaped by passenger voice and grounded in data from ASQ’s globally standardised Departures and Arrivals Surveys, with nearly 707,000 passengers answering the survey this year.
The 29 European winners are: El Hierro Airport, Girona-Costa Brava Airport, Pamplona Airport, Región de Murcia International Airport, Reus Airport, Vigo Airport, Menorca Airport, Rome Ciampino Airport, Tallinn Lennart Meri Airport, Tbilisi Shota Rustaveli International Airport, Ankara Esenboğa Airport, Belfast International Airport, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, Malta International Airport, Milan Linate Airport, Newcastle International Airport, RIX Riga Airport, Zvartnots International Airport, Gran Canaria Airport, Helsinki Airport, Prague Airport, Copenhagen Airport, Vienna Airport, Zurich Airport, Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, Rome Fiumicino Airport, Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport, Torino Airport, and Skopje International Airport.
In addition, 3 European airports were awarded the ACI World Director General’s Roll of Excellence, recognising their performance and consistency in delivering a high-quality passenger experience: Ankara Esenboğa Airport, Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, and Newcastle International Airport
