Aeroporti di Roma launches the third edition of the “Call for Startups”
The Rome Fiumicino Innovation Hub Programme has launched its third ‘Global Call For Startups‘, seeking innovative projects in the global airport sector.
The initiative, covering eight months, invites startups to propose solutions in Smart Operations, Infrastructure Management, Passenger Experience, Net Zero & Sustainability, and Disruptive Solutions.
Startups that are selected will have the opportunity to work within Fiumicino Airport’s Innovation Hub. They will be given a budget of 80,000€ each to work on their projects. Successful projects may even have access to business opportunities worth up to 2,000,000€.
To help these startups along the way, Aeroporti di Roma’s corporate partners, such as Plug and Play Tech Center and Airports for Innovation, will provide support.
During the two months following the opening of applications, AdR’s Innovation Team will also support startups with online webinars dedicated to broadening the scope of each of the proposed challenges.
Interested startups can submit proposals on the Aeroporti di Roma website.
