ACI EUROPE brings back its leading Commercial and Retail Conference

This October, ACI EUROPE is organising the first edition of its premier Conference dedicated to innovation and expansion in non-aeronautical business at airports after a hiatus. The ACI EUROPE Commercial and Retail Conference 2024 will take place on 23 October in Helsinki, Finland.

The Conference is back in a refreshed, one-day format, packing a punch with leading speakers in the field and topics ranging from the rise of hybrid F&B concepts to understanding GenZ’s burgeoning influence. Guided by the overarching event theme “NonAeroVision 2024: Innovate, Integrate, Elevate: Pioneering Next-Gen Consumer Experiences”, the sessions will explore the latest trends that are reshaping the industry. This year’s conference will also spotlight business model innovations and sustainability, crucial for navigating the future’s economic and environmental challenges.

For this year’s edition, ACI EUROPE has partnered with the European Travel Retail Confederation (ETRC), an association that serves its members in the duty-free and travel retail industry in Europe, to bring their unique perspective into delivering non-aeronautical revenue success.
