ACI EUROPE and ACI World sign MoU with Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan

At the recent ACI Africa/World Annual General Assembly and Congress in Marrakesh, ACI EUROPE, ACI World and the Kazakh aviation authority inked their newly tightened partnership.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the three parties marks a closer cooperation on a number of policy areas and projects, aimed at enhancing the Kazakh airport community’s access to ACI services and know-how, with key focus on sustainability, carbon management, and passenger experience. In particular, the partners agreed to strengthen Kazakh airports’ participation and performance in Airport Carbon Accreditation, the ACI Airport Service Quality programme and the Health and Safety and Accessibility Accreditations.

The MoU also opens new opportunities for the development of professional excellence for airports in Kazakhstan, including access to ACI Global Training and possible customised airport workshops and webinars.

The partners set the agreement in motion for an indefinite period of time, enabling sustainable progress in key areas over the long-term.
